What type of system do you have?

Not sure?

Look outside your home. If you have a unit on a concrete pad next to your house and separate indoor equipment (usually in a closet, garage, or attic), you have a split system. If you have a single large unit on your roof or a ground pad with no separate indoor equipment, you have a package unit.

Common Questions

HVAC Estimate FAQ

Is this an actual price or just an estimate?

This is a committed installed price for the tier, tonnage, and system type you select. It includes equipment, labor, permits, and old-unit disposal. Your on-site survey confirms that the system you selected is the right fit for your home — if sizing changes, your technician will walk you through updated options on the spot.

What's included in the installed price?

Every installation includes the outdoor unit, indoor equipment (furnace, air handler, or package unit), evaporator coil, thermostat, refrigerant line connections, electrical work, all required permits, county inspection, and removal/disposal of your old system. Tier-specific extras like surge protection, extended labor warranties, and multi-stage components are listed with each tier.

What happens after I submit my information?

We'll call you within one business day to schedule your on-site survey visit. The survey takes 60–90 minutes — a licensed technician verifies system sizing with a Manual J load calculation, inspects your ductwork, and reviews your selected system options in person.

What if my home needs a different size system?

The square-footage sizing chart gives a reliable starting point for most Phoenix-area homes. Your technician performs a Manual J load calculation during the survey to confirm exact sizing. If a different tonnage is needed, they'll review updated pricing with you on the spot — no surprises.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We offer flexible financing through Goodleap, Service Finance, and Wisetack with terms up to 120 months. Your technician will review financing options during your survey visit. The monthly estimates shown in the wizard are approximate based on a 60-month term.

How soon can you install a new system?

Most replacements are completed within 1–3 business days of your survey visit. During peak summer months (June–August), demand is higher — booking your survey early locks in your spot. We'll confirm your installation date during the survey.
